CNY in the Desert is a 501(c)(3) non-profit entity whose mission is to promote and celebrate cultural diversity. We are proud to have Mayor Carolyn Goodman and the City of Las Vegas proclaim February 20, 2013 and subsequent years “Chinese New Year in the Desert Day.”

New York Times Square is an annual New Year’s Eve destination for locals and tourists, as is Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade in the Big Apple. Other notable “America’s New Year Celebrations” include Tournament of Roses Parade in Pasadena, California and Orange Bowl Parade in Miami, Florida.

Our mission is to present to you CNY in the Desert/Las Vegas Spring Festival as the destination and largest Chinese New Year celebration in the United States.
